Places available for September 2026!
The "early years entitlement" refers to government-funded hours of free early education and childcare for children. It is currently available as 15 hours a week for all 3 and 4-year-olds, and for 2-year-olds from eligible working families.
Please check the government website for more information. https://www.beststartinlife.gov.uk
There are no charges connected to the Early years entitlement.
We do not accept stretched funding as we are a term time only setting.
We accept children from age two and a half onwards.
There are two types of 2 year old funding. If you are eligible you may qualify for either: 15 hours for disadvantaged families or up to 30 hours for working families.
All 3 and 4 year olds are entitled to 15 hours a week of free childcare. This begins the term after your child is three. You may qualify for an extra15 hours childcare (30hrs in total) if you are working parents.
Please note that if you are using extended funding (anything other than the governments 15 hrs for three and four year olds) You will need to have applied for this and received a code, the term before your child starts with us.
We accept childcare vouchers and government tax free child care vouchers also.
Please call or email us to arrange a visit and add your child to the waiting list. Places are allocated on availability throughout the year. Places are not reserved ahead of time.
